Shipping Methods & Policy

Delivery to the place specified by the Customer:

The product is sent to the place chosen by the Customer. Shipping costs are calculated based on the Customer’s order. Any incorrect entry by the Customer and, therefore, incorrect calculation of shipping costs is not borne by the COMPANY but by the Customer. Since after receiving the products, the risk passes to the Customer, the latter must check the products he receives upon receipt, as with his signature upon receipt he confirms that he has correctly received the products of his order. If the Customer does not receive the product after receiving the notification to send and despite the relevant notification from the carrier, the COMPANY reserves the right to withdraw from the sale.

Shipping costs

A) Free for orders within Greece worth more than €20.
Shipping with ACS: cost 4 euros up to 2kg and for each additional kilo 1 euro charge UP TO 5kg.

B) Abroad: via ELTA – Hellenic Post. Up to 20 euros the following lists apply and for over 20 euros on the total bill 4 euros discount.

In the event that the weight exceeds 2 Kg, then the following charges apply (A discount of 4 euros applies if the total is over 20 euros).

European destinations – Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France (including Corsica and Monaco), Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland, Spain [including the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands), Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal [including the Azores and Madeira], Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland.
Other destinations: The remaining destinations in Europe and the destinations in the rest of the world.

 

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within Greece with an external courier partner and the delivery time is usually 1-4 days depending on the shipping area.
Deliveries of orders outside of Greece are made with the financial service of ELTA. and the delivery time depends on the recipient’s country.

Force majeure: The COMPANY is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to circumstances beyond the fault of the COMPANY or due to force majeure and, therefore, the COMPANY is entitled to an extension of time for implementation. Examples include strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, currency fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last more than two (2) months, the sales contract may be terminated by either party without compensation. If the Customer considers that he no longer has an interest in the execution of the order, he is entitled to terminate the sales contract and the COMPANY is obliged to return to him the price as well as any other amount paid under the sales contract.
